
Body Mind Integration Healing Sessions
Body and breath deep connection (wisdom, healing, integration) sessions

These are stand alone sessions separate from the counselling that I offer. They are available for you after therapy, or along side therapy - whether that therapy has been with myself, or with another therapist. To help facilitate further healing and integration that can give you even more insight and clarity, and simply help you to slow down. With learning and experiencing to be more present in the here and now that allows you to connect to a deeper wisdom and sometimes if not often find a deeper divine connection with your soul that only arises when doing this with another person/s. When in natural flow with one another. Can bring us much more in touch with our own energy field allowing further trauma, emotional, and energy releases and growth; often deepening the emotional healing.
We can have as many of these sessions as you wish, whether if long term and ongoing, or just a few, or just one. The length of these sessions can be at my usual therapy time of 50 mins at the same rate of my counselling sessions, or when feeling you need more time where we can go deeper we can book longer sessions. These sessions can be weekly, bi weekly, monthly or ad hoc.

Even though these sessions are not like my counselling sessions and will not be a place for talking therapy or instead of. I see these sessions as an extension of this work that will be covered under the same umbrella as my counselling work and contract. These sessions will solely focus on spending more time than my counselling sessions on enquiring further and deeper into what is happening in the here and now within your body. Solely focusing on your body’s sensations, emotions, and sensory input, movements, internal visuals/words, environment, breath, energy, gravity, and sometimes brief internal dialogue; to help integrate all parts of self to become more whole. I have seen and experienced the healing and the power of this body work within my own personal healing journey, as well as within my counselling practice that has been quite profound which has led me wanting to provide these sessions on their own.
You will find benefits to your health, monthly cycle, any stage of the menopause, and to your overall general sense of well being. You could see improvement to your sleep quality, relationships, energy flow, in gaining more clarity in making decisions (especially more so if not drinking, smoking, or taking any other substances). Plus improve your outlook on life towards dying, death, harm, pain and suffering.
If you already practice yoga, Tai Chi, or Meditation or similar you may gain even more from these sessions.
These sessions can be uncomfortable, powerful, intense, enlightening, grounding, and calming of the nervous system. Reminding the nervous system how to be in a deactivated state and bring a sense of safety, security, love, support, and holding: in finding more inner peace and peace of mind.
