In person Counselling
Tension is what we think we 'should' be Relaxation is who we are.
Currently working with Adults.
We can identify your survival mechanisms and build a healthy self.
We can look at unhelpful thinking in bringing our thinking up to date to be inline with our adult self and change this thinking to reflect living in the present rather than the past.
"I am feeling happier and rebuilding relationships an opportunity that I am grateful to you. Even though it is early days in remaining abstinent I am confident, as its more important that I like myself as a sober person valuing my family"
Zoom online Counselling
&
Telephone Counselling
If housebound, or unable to travel, or simply find face to face too challenging this can be equally an effective way of receiving good quality counselling support where ever you are.
This service can often surprise people how supportive and less uncomfortable than originally thought. In thinking it will be hard to open up and talk for this long on the phone, but some people find that they open up and get talking about the root of the problem quicker. Online zoom is becoming a popular option.
"Sandra listened to me. I looked forward to speaking how I felt and her feedback"
"Talking honestly on the phone, having someone ask me questions that made me consider my behaviour"
